Marvin Dudley grew up in the Boston area and has spent most of his life in and around East Boston. He knows the neighborhoods well — the housing stock, the streets, the kinds of systems that are common in older Boston buildings, and what residents and local businesses need when it comes to keeping their homes and properties comfortable year-round.

Marvin has been working in the heating and cooling industry for over 15 years. He started out doing HVAC installations and service calls before eventually taking on a management role at East Boston AC & Heating. He brings a hands-on approach to the job — making sure every service call is handled professionally, that technicians are doing quality work, and that customers are treated with respect throughout the process.

His philosophy is simple: communicate clearly, price fairly, and don't leave a job until it's done right. That approach has been consistent since he started in this industry, and it's reflected in how the whole team operates.
